Placenta Encapsulation

  • Our doula Ivy Lux is APPA-certified for placenta encapsulation. She travels to your home for a comfortable and positive service. Ivy is highly trained in safety practices and welcomes your questions.

  • Pricing starts at $350 for our placenta encapsulation services. Travel fees outside of Kearney, NE required.

Postpartum Doula Services

  • Your postpartum time is a BIG life event. We are here to help ensure a smooth transition home with your loved ones. We offer day time doula care, starting at six hours of care. Get assistance with meal-prep, light-housekeeping, infant care, feeding support, sibling care, errands, and recovery support!

  • Daytime Postpartum Doula- 6 hours: $240

Birth Planning Sessions

  • Our birth planning sessions include two 90 minute prenatal sessions. We review birth education, coping measures, and help you build your birth plan!

  • Two Sessions Included: $425

Body Balancing Session

  • We believe an empowered pregnancy should include specific education and support for the pregnant body including the core, pelvic floor, upper body mobility, pelvis, and body alignment or movement pattern education. Not only can this minimize or even eliminate symptoms and dysfunction that we are often told are “just a normal part of pregnancy,” it also prepares the body for a more efficient birth and a smoother postpartum recovery.

  • Body Balancing Sessions begin at $17!

Lactation Support

  • Our lactation support is 90 minutes and helps ensure a healthy latch. We offer in-home and in-office assessments.

  • Each Visit $100. Most clients find one or two visits to be a good level of support.

  • We can help you by providing physical, emotional, and educational support. For example, hip squeezes, getting a cold washcloth for your neck, encouragement, labor position ideas, talking about your options, and reminding you of your voice.

  • Sometimes dads or partners can feel nervous, we often give them reassurance and help them encourage and support you. The closer the birth partner is the better the Oxytocin which is exactly what we need during birth.

  • We attend all types of births including home, hospital, birth center, unmedicated, epidural births, and planned belly births. We support birthing moms wherever they want us!
