Birth is one of the most important and transformative moments in a mom's life. I believe she deserves to be seen, heard, and honored during this time. My goal is to always hold space for her. Barry Steven once said, "Don't push the river, it flows by itself." I think this quote is beautiful and so fitting for birth. It's beneficial to let contractions flow instead of fighting against them; birth can benefit from being given space to move on its own. There are times when she may need help or assistance, and there are also times the mom decides to choose an intervention. Personal autonomy is so important, and I believe all moms should be listened to. Their intuition knows best.

I believe our bodies as women were beautifully created to conceive, grow, birth, and nourish new life. From the very beginning of pregnancy, women carry an incredible strength and wisdom within them as they transition into motherhood. As a doula, my role is not to take that power from you, but to help you discover it, trust it, and feel confident in it. I believe mothers don’t need someone to replace their intuition; they need someone who will help protect the space for them to trust it. As a doula, my approach is gentle, deeply nurturing, and centered on meeting each mother where she is. Every birth is unique, so I take time to listen, observe, and adapt my support to your individual needs. Whether through education, comfort measures, or simply a calm and reassuring presence, my hope is that you feel seen, supported, and empowered as you welcome your baby and embrace motherhood.

I’m passionate about babywearing because it bridges the gap of connection and responsibility, meeting a baby’s needs for touch and affection while empowering you to move through your day with greater ease. I believe babywearing is not about achieving perfection, but about confidently and safely using the tools that work best for you. My approach is supportive and personalized to your needs, your baby’s development, and your unique circumstances. I help families learn safe positioning, achieve a comfortable fit, and choose carriers that truly support their bodies and lifestyles. Babywearing should feel empowering, not overwhelming. My goal is to help you carry with clarity, comfort, and confidence.
